    Z.A.P. 114

    August 2, 2020 by Kbwwe21

Hello, my fellow Zootopians! Prepare to get Z.A.P.ped! It's time for this week's edition of the Zootopia Appreciation Post, or Z.A.P. for short. Every Saturday, I'm gonna be posting a different Zootopia-related topic that we can all discuss.

For today's topic, I would like to talk about Little Rodentia. 🐭🐭🐭

Little Rodentia is a town for small mammals, mainly rodents, in the city of Zootopia. It contains numerous buildings which, to the larger residents of Zootopia, appear very small, which contributes to the name Little Rodentia.

Holey aesthetics of Swiss cheese can be seen extensively throughout Little Rodentia, including numerous taller buildings resembling skyscrapers. These buildings resemble a model town or miniature-scale model of a city …

For today's topic, I would like to talk about the Rainforest District. 🌧️🌧️🌧️

The Rainforest District is one of the least-cultivated districts of Zootopia, containing large amounts of foliage and natural water features. The district also contains a vast network of sprinklers that spray water from above to give the environment a wet appearance. It has numerous means of transport, including zeppelins and a cablecar which leads to Savanna Central. These are largely due to the impracticality of building road…

Tundratown is the icy Easternmost district of Zootopia, characterized by snow, ice, and a large number of Arctic mammals living there, such as polar bears and arctic shrews.

Tundratown is notable for its arctic climate, as well as the onion-domed buildings which make up its architecture. Another notable feature of the district is "Flow Ped", a special kind of transport for mammals via floating ice caps.

Sahara Square is a sweltering desert oasis and resort district, designed for leisure, recreation, and other activities for Zootopians. Its architecture is composed of intricate clay and rock, mixed with lights and glass textures.

It has extremely high temperatures, reaching up to 102°F in one day. It is inhabited by a number of desert-dwelling mammals, such as camels.

Larry is seen among the wolves guarding the entrance to the asylum. When Judy induces Gary to start howling, he rushes to stop him, attempting to prevent him and the other wolves from starting a "howl" and losing focus, but ultimately fails and starts howling along.

This post is for two weeks ago.

Bug-Burga is a fast food restaurant in Zootopia. It is the predators' favorite place to eat plant-based proteins and all ground up insect protein that they love. This post is for last week.

Before the movie was released, TOMY and Disney released an action figure line featuring characters from Zootopia. The figures were made from rubber, and playsets and accessories were plastic. As you know, Night Howlers are flowers that are central to the plot of Zootopia.

They are commonly used as a natural bug repellent at Bunnyburrow, though referred to as a "Class C Botanical" by Judy Hopps, suggesting their legal status is a controlled substance. It is likely that it's considered a controlled substance, because of its neurological effects on the brain.

So, the other day I was thinking, does the concept of religion exist in the world of Zootopia? Well, I think, yes.

This is because of two things. First off, Nick asks Judy when they meet if she thought that in Zootopia all the different species would "hold hands and sing Kumbaya".

Secondly, when meeting Mr. Big, he says that Grammama is dead, and they show a picture of her over the mantle, and Kozlov does a sign…

For today's topic, I would like to talk about the Razorbacks.

    This is last week's post.

The Razorbacks are male wild pigs that were cut from Zootopia. During early development, in which Nick was planned to be the main protagonist of the film, the Razorbacks were an elite police force made up of wild pigs, and were minor antagonists. Because of Nick's illegal deeds, they were always trying to catch him and bring him into custody.

They were nicknamed "sniffers" due to their excellent sense of smell, which led…

    Fanart Showcase

February 12, 2020 by Lord tellurium

Howdy, howdy, howdy. Just to preface this, I'm only going to do this once; I'm not much into personal promo.

As you can probably see by the date stamp on this piece, I've been sitting on this for a while. I've waited as long as I have because I don't want to clash with the weekly Z.A.P.

To celebrate the upcoming Hλlf-LIfe: Alyx, I wanted to do something HL related but I really wanted to do some ZT fanart at the same time. So, inspired by that 'Grand Fluff Auto' cover that popped up the other day, I spent a few hours and made this.

Alyx Vance (depicted here as a bunny because why not...?) is possibly my favourite character from the series and a big reason for that is I feel she is an excellently written female character - something woefully few…

For today's topic, I would like to talk about Officer Brie.

    This is last week's post.

One of the characters that was cut from the film was a mouse named Officer Brie.

Early in development of the film, Officer Brie was going to be a supporting character. However, she was cut after Judy Hopps replaced Nick Wilde as the protagonist, because the filmmakers wanted Judy to be the smallest officer on the force.

Now, comes the obligatory " What if?". What if Nick was the protagonist as originally planned? Would Jud…

    Z.A.P. 86

    January 31, 2020 by Kbwwe21

Hello, my fellow Zootopians! Prepare to get Z.A.P.ped! It's time for this week's edition of the Zootopia Appreciation Post, or Z.A.P. for short. Every Saturday, I'm gonna be posting a different Zootopia-related topic that we can all discuss.

For today's topic, I would like to talk about what would have happened if Judy had given Bellwether the dart gun case.

This post is from last week.

An interesting question popped into my head while rewatching Zootopia:

What was Bellwether's original plan had she gotten the case from Judy?

Had Judy given Bellwether the case without suspecting anything, it wouldn't take long before she found out nobody turned it into the police or reported the conspiracy, which would have led her to conclude Bellwether was in …

    Zootopia Concept Game

January 29, 2020 by Mick Wilde

This is Fluff Theft Auto Zootopia! This concept game is based off of Rockstar Games Grand theft auto 5 a game I have played for many years on PlayStation 3 and 4. GTA5 is rated M For Mature players because it has strong language and Inappropriate Content however FTAZ I would imagine be Rated T For Teen With mild violence and such. I say mild violence because of the dart guns that appeared in the trailers for the 2016 movie.

I seen this in browntables return to zootopia movie and thought it was absolutely cool. The film shows Nick and Judy sitting on the rooftop and nick pulls his phone out to play music. So what we know to be Spotify is Pawtify in zootopia. What's y'all's opinions? My first blog post. Also Browntable used a 3 toe paw I did this with a Art app and used a 4 toe paw. 😁

    Z.A.P. 85

    January 24, 2020 by Kbwwe21

Hello, my fellow Zootopians! Prepare to get Z.A.P.ped! It's time for this week's edition of the Zootopia Appreciation Post, or Z.A.P. for short. Every Saturday, I'm gonna be posting a different Zootopia-related topic that we can all discuss.

For today's topic, I would like to talk about Duke's Officially Licensed Movies.

This post is for two weeks ago.

Duke Weaselton owns and operates a "legitimate" business called "Duke's Officially Licensed Movies". He uses his business to sell "authentic" and pirated DVDs, including some that, according to him, haven't been released yet. Duke is seen near the end of the film trying to sell his DVDs to Dharma from his stand.

He offers Dharma fifteen and then twenty percent off, but the armadillo expresses no…

    Howdy folks, it's me.

Doing something a little different today; so every day as I walk to or from work I pass a certain building that reminds me ever so much of ZPD HQ. It's the local library in the town I've lived in this past four and a half years, pictured below with a couple minor details blurred.

Anyways, since last week I've been thinking: "I must share this with my like-minded compatriots! But how?"

Well, this afternoon (NZT, of course) it hit, me. This building is something in my real life that reminds me of Zootopia quite stongly. So, I ask all of you, my fellow editors, what's something in your lives that brings you a little closer to Zootopia? Could be a building, or maybe a person or animal.

As this is the internet, please show disc…
