Fabienne Growley[1] is a female snow leopard in Zootopia. She is a leading news anchor for ZNN.
Role in the Film[]
Fabienne is seen briefly near the climax of the film discussing the news with her colleague, Peter Moosebridge, on television. She announces that recently a caribou was seriously mauled by a savage polar bear in Tundratown, making it the twenty-seventh such attack.
Moosebridge follows her announcement by stating that a peace rally had been organized by Gazelle and marred in protest.
At the end, she reports Bellwether's arrest and the doctor's development for an antidote for the predators, while Moosebridge reports of Leodore Lionheart's denial of any knowledge of Bellwether's plot and his reason for imprisoning the animals to protect the city.
Trivia[]
- While her co-anchor Peter Moosebridge is a different character in different regions' versions of the film, Fabienne remains herself in all of them.
- Her character is unnamed in the film, but Rich Moore has "unofficially-officially" accepted a fan's suggestion to name her after her voice actress.
- In the film's original script, Fabienne is called "female bobcat news anchor".[2]
