The Frantic pig is a slightly obese pig with pink skin and floppy ears that are darker in color than the rest of his complexion. He wears a untucked, collared, lavender shirt that is patterned with flowers and his shop's word mark, as well as dark blue pants. His eyes are green.
Role in the Film
The Frantic Pig runs out of his shop and tries to convince Judy Hopps to give chase, which she eventually does.
Later in the film, he appears as a protester at Gazelle's peace rally, and gets into an argument with a female leopard after he rudely tells her to "Go back to the forest!", while Judy tries in vain to break up the argument.

The Frantic Pig is present as a suspect in Case 2 in the video game Zootopia: Crime Files, his identity evidenced by his caption as "Owner of Flora & Fauna". His role differs between both versions of the game.

The Frantic Pig (named Paul here) sold Flora & Fauna to Sequoia Towers and, with the motive of being paid even more money, tried to convince Jerry Jumbeaux, Jr. to sell his café by vandalizing it and scaring him into thinking there were vandals everywhere. He failed to do so and was arrested for vandalizing the café. He later asks if they have any peanuts.
His neighbor Rodney sold his shop to Sequoia Towers and, with the motive of being paid even more money, tried to convince the Frantic Pig (named Raoul here) to sell Flora & Fauna by vandalizing it and scaring him into thinking there were vandals everywhere. It failed, and Rodney was later arrested.
- Josh Dallas, the voice actor for the Frantic Pig, is the husband of Ginnifer Goodwin, who provides the voice of Judy Hopps.
