Description[]
The gym is a two-story brick building with treadmills placed in front of its tall, curved windows. Its name appears in giant neon letters on the outside, and the wallpaper on its interior sports a retro 90's aesthetic.

- The gym's name is a play on gym trunks, a type of underwear, swimming suits, and elephant trunks.
- Gym Trunks is based upon a building in the Zootopia-themed area in Shanghai Disneyland.
