Marty Digby is a young male mole and a character in the Little Judy book series. He is Judy Hopps' childhood friend.

Marty is a small mole with light gray fur and dark blue eyes. He wears blue overalls and round, blue glasses.

Little Judy Loses a Tooth[]
Marty meets up with Judy, Suzy, and Brandon at the Bunnyburrow carnival. When they eat carrot candy, Judy bites into a lollipop and loses a baby tooth. Marty asks what she is going to do with it, and she says she is saving it for the Tooth Fairy, who almost always leaves a little present in place of a tooth. Noticing Judy said "almost", he decides that the Tooth Fairy isn't very reliable, and suggests she bury the tooth in a secret corner of a cornfield. He describes his old Digby family tradition, in which one buries their tooth and makes a wish that will come true if they leave the tooth there. He insists on showing Judy the cornfield, so all four of them leave the carnival to see it.
Marty finds a spot in the corner of the field with the tallest corn stalks and digs a deep hole for Judy's tooth. Once the tooth is buried, Marty marks the spot with an ear of corn in case Judy wants to visit it. Judy decides that this doesn't feel right, and wants to dig it back up so she can leave it for the Tooth Fairy. Suzy then takes them to an oak tree in her backyard so Judy can put her tooth in there along with the teeth of Suzy's and her family's, as per Suzy's own family tradition. Judy puts her tooth in, but soon decides she wants it back. They look through all the teeth to find Judy's. Marty identifies Judy's tooth by the dirt left on it from the cornfield, much to her relief.
They then follow Brandon to a stream to build a dam, as Brandon explains that beavers believe it is good luck to keep their teeth on top of one. As they finish the dam and place Judy's tooth on it, the wind blows Judy's tooth into the stream. Marty follows Judy and Suzy into the stream to catch it, and they manage to do so just in time. Judy then insists that the best place for her tooth really is under her pillow at home, waiting for the Tooth Fairy.
