Mrs. Wilde is a female red fox and an incidental character in Zootopia. She is Nick Wilde's mother.
Physical Appearance[]
Mrs. Wilde is a slender fox with a cream muzzle and sleek orange fur lighter than her son's. Her visible outfit consists of a purple sweater and a crimson skirt.
Her face never appears in the movie, but she is depicted from the neck down behind Nick in a mirror. Her appearances in the comic books also keep her faceless.
Personality[]
While Mrs. Wilde appears very little in the film, it can be said that she is both kind and giving, as, whether the family had enough to buy the uniform or not and actually send Nick to scouts, she scraped together as much money as she could to allow Nick to get a uniform. She is also shown to be playful when she tickles young Nick.
Role in the Film[]
Mrs. Wilde, as a character only appearing in a flashback, plays more of a historical role. It is stated that when Nick wanted to join the Junior Ranger Scouts, she "scraped up" enough money to buy a uniform.
Trivia[]
- Rich Moore has confirmed that she is both still alive and still living in the same apartment that she and Nick were in when Nick wanted to join the scouts.[1]
