Officer Trumpet's office is a location that was cut from Zootopia.
Description[]
Trumpet's elephant-sized office and furniture make most other animals look tiny by comparison. The desk houses some of his personal items, from his notepads to pictures of himself and his family to a white mug to awards hanging on the wall in front of the desk to the computer he uses while on his job.
Development[]
The office appears in an alternate take when Officer Clawhauser helps Judy Hopps after she given the case to track down Emmitt Otterton. Judy asks to borrow a desk. Clawhauser directs her to use Trumpet's, who is away on "paid migration". Judy struggles to get onto Trumpet's seat and use his computer's keyboard, having to hop around on the keys to type. She nevertheless manages to find a video of Otterton's last-known sighting, where he purchased a pawpsicle from Nick Wilde, much to Judy's frustration as she had an unpleasant experience with Nick a little while prior.
Trivia[]
- One of the pictures on Trumpet's desk is concept artwork of himself.
- Trumpet's office is only one of two seen in the ZPD, the other being Chief Bogo's office, which appears in the films.
