The rhino boss is the main antagonist of the story who terrorizes the neighborhood where Mr. Big and Grandmama have established her bakery. His threats escalate to the point where he trashes the bakery and directly threatens Koslov. This causes Mr. Big to stand up to the rhino thug and work with the neighborhood residents to literally ice the rhino by having him fall into an ice factory where he is last seen frozen, but alive, in a block of ice.
