The T.U.S.K. Government Building was an early concept for Zootopia and was home to the T.U.S.K. Government.

Development

The T.U.S.K. Government Building was previously City Hall but was changed. Bunnies would work for the administration.

Architecture

The architecture from the T.U.S.K. building was used in many different places after it was scrapped.

• The spikes from the hallways were used in Assistant Mayor Bellwether's office and City Hall.

• The multi-layered lobby idea was used for the Zootopia Police Department main lobby.
• The star-shaped area and the building by the water was later integrated into the Zootopia Central Station building.
