Hello, my fellow Zootopians! Prepare to get Z.A.P.ped! It's time for this week's edition of the Zootopia Appreciation Post, or Z.A.P. for short. Every Saturday, I'm gonna be posting a different Zootopia-related topic that we can all discuss.
For today's topic, I would like to talk about Herve.

In Case 13: ‘’Wi-Fi Jam’’, while searching for leads of the Wi-Fi jams, Detective Oates tell Judy and Nick that a second Wi-Fi Jam was discovered. Judy says she overheard Chief Bogo talking about a second jamming signal was coming from outside the Palm Hotel and they should talk to Herve the valet. They go question him and Nick asks him why is there a Wi-Fi jam signal from his valet stand. Herve tells them he doesn't know. He also says he has a computer he uses to manage the valets and it doesn't work, he can't even order his vegetarian take-out. Judy knows he's not helpful and the pair leave him to investigate the hotel.
At the Naturalist Club pool, Judy and Nick find a flyer for the Palm Hotel that advertises free Wi-Fi. They send it to the lab to analyze it. Clawhauser tells them that the flyer says the hotel offers free Wi-Fi, much to his excitement, and that the flyer has Herve's prints on it. Judy tells Herve they found the flyer at the pool and they know it came from him and asks if he's a litterbug. Herve says he's just a loyal employee of the Palms and they told him to drop flyers off there. Herve says he they think he's the hacker, they're mistaken, and he can't even use his laptop. He suggests they talk to someone with more "tech expertise" before they accuse him. Nick says they weren't but changes the subject and suggests they talk to Gertie.
