Hello, my fellow Zootopians! Prepare to get Z.A.P.ped! It's time for this week's edition of the Zootopia Appreciation Post, or Z.A.P. for short. Every Saturday, I'm gonna be posting a different Zootopia-related topic that we can all discuss.
For today's topic, I would like to talk about Rolfina.
This post is for nine weeks ago.
In Case 11: Groundhog Daze, Judy and Nick search through the display shelves of Phil's Pawn Shop and find a torn business card and a half-full bottle of pills. The lab analyzes the bottle and discovers the pills are allergy medicine, revealing the culprit to have bad allergies. After piecing the torn business card together, Judy and Nick learn it belongs to a professor named Rolfina. Nick finds it a common name and thinks they should talk to her. Judy asks Rolfina why her business card was at the pawn shop. Rolfina knows where she left it, because she only has one. She says every time she makes a new one, they misspell her name, so she threw them out, prompting Nick to compliment her name. Rolfina tells them she was there because of her interest in antique coins and then she sneezes, showing her bad allergies. Judy notices a piece of torn black fabric stuck to her foot and asks if they can take it. Rolfina allows them, before sneezing again.
After the case is solved, Rolfina tells them she had her heart set on a watch from the pawn shop. She paid Phil for it, but then she left it by accident, and asks if they can retrieve it. Judy and Nick find the watch, but it's dirty. After cleaning it off, they're pretty sure it belongs to Rolfina, but they send it to the lab to make sure. Officer Clawhauser tells them that the watch is definitely Rolfina's, through a guess. Judy and Nick return the "expensive watch" to Rolfina. Surprised, Rolfina tells them she paid $1.47 for it. Nick says that the ZPD spend more money recovering it than the watch was worth, and sarcastically remarks that Chief Bogo would be so pleased.
So, what do you guys think? Sound off in the comments below!
