Wilmer Valderrama (born January 30, 1980) is an American actor. He voices Officer Higgins in Zootopia 2, taking over for Raymond Persi.[1]

Valderrama played Fez in the sitcom That '70s Show (1998–2006), and Special Agent Nick Torres in NCIS (2016–present). His roles in animated films include Charming (2018), Onward (2020), and Encanto (2021).
